Is the Youth Council aware of Youth Employment grants that can be used to help some Businesses fund Youth salaries. The diamond in the rough concept here is Qualified Businesses will be able to hire sectors of youth and train them to do all sorts of stuff. Find those great Managers and Proprietors... Let them know about Government Hire Youth Encouragement Programs relative to Youth Employment.
